Exchange Policy:

Want to exchange an item? No problem! You may return items for exchange if:

You received a damaged item OR you received an item in a different size or colour than what you ordered.

If one of the above occurs, you can return* the item in its original packaging to us with the tags still attached within 7 days of receiving your original order

When returning items for exchange, we need to know the order number that your return relates to along with the product information. Without your order details, we're not able to process your exchange.


As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing, you'll have proof you've sent it.


We try hard to accept all exchanges. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.


Once we've received your return parcel, it will be processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) and we'll email/call you to let you know this has been received and that we are working on your exchange.


You will be given a full refund if a damaged item is returned and there is no suitable replacement in stock. The funds will go back to your original payment method


Your refund can take 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to show in your account.
